The world has stopped for Kanye once again as he drops another video from his latest release Jesus is King. Being that today is Thanksgiving this release seems fitting. It’s a family driven song that asks the listener to put the gram away and be with your family.
The visuals are stunning and it looks like Kanye has found himself a home.
Lupe Fiasco is one of Chicago’s elite emcees and the celebration of his debut album Food and Liquor is well deserved. Last night he blessed his hometown Chicago at The Riviera during The Red Bull Music Festival with a full performance of his project. The excitement was electric and the city was more than happy to support their native son.
Kanye has been flying high as of late since the release of Jesus is King. He recently appeared on a plane with that one guy who does karaoke in cars (James Corden) and his full choir and performed “Jesus Walks”. Ye really rode a plane and kick his raps for the lord!
Depending on who you ask and what blog or podcast you listen to the reviews are mixed with regards to Jesus is King. So, allow me to be the definitive voice and say IT’s DOPE AF! See review here
The plan for the day was to hit the dealership, return some shoes and catch a vibe at the lake. Ran into the homie Kevin ‘KMax’ Maxey and he told me about the We❤️Soul’s event at the pier. Definitely caught a vibe at the lake. S/O to Kwest_on, Sean Alvarez, Joe Kollege, JayToo and Duane E Powell.
Ye has dropped and after 2 days of taking it in I can honestly say its a great release. An in depth review is coming soon. Big Boy was fortunate enough to be in Wyoming for the official listening party and interviewed Kanye. We find a very happy and lucid Kanye in this setting. Check it out.

Drake pretty much Kanye’d Cardi B ala Taylor Swift at the VMA’s with the surprise release of his song and video “Nice For What’. It’s like he said “Yo Cardi, I’m really happy for you Imma let you finish but right now I’m dropping one of the best videos of all time.” I have no idea who is on the OVO marketing team but they deserve a raise. Just one month ago Drake was lamenting “God’s Plan” and passing out One million Dollars. Today he did what he does best. He cakes for the ladies and they love him for it.
The video for “Nice For What” directed by Karena Evans is star studded and a nod to the #MeToo movement showcasing powerful women in the entertainment industry. Olivia Wilde, Misty Copeland, Issa Rae, Rashida Jones, Jourdan Dunn, Tracee Ellis Ross, Tiffany Haddish, Yara Shahidi, Zoe Saldana, Elizabeth Lejonhjärta, Victoria Lejonhjärta, Letitia Wright, Bria Vinaite, Emma Roberts, Syd and Michelle Rodriguez all make cameos. The most visible woman in the video is Lauryn Hill who doesn’t make a cameo but is the voice you hear consistently during the song.
So Drake breaks the internet once again. Check out the video below. Tell us what you think.

Jay-Z wraps up the year with yet another amazing visual from 4:44. ‘Family Feud’ directed and filmed by Ava Duvernay showcases a different world some hundreds of years in the future. The Founding Mother’s led by Blue Ivy has changed the world and years later there is a shift.
The video is visually stunning and features many of Hollywoods finest. Take a look for yourself and tell me what you think.
