Houston rap legend Scarface has shared that he has tested positive for coronavirus. The co-founder of the historic rap group The Geto Boys shared this news during Willie D’s livestream on Youtube. Willie D, Scarface and the late Bushwick Bill make up the Geto Boys.
Scarface whose real name is Brad Jordan said he felt an itch in his throat a few weeks ago. That itch developed into a fever. He was treated at the emergency room and after not feeling any better he went back and was tested for coronavirus. Jordan was suprised considering he was taking precautions. “I ain’t been nowhere, I ain’t been on no planes, I ain’t been to no restaurants, you know how I get down Will.” said Jordan
Scarface is back home is is currently under quarantine with his family. After mentioning how he regurgitated what felt like hot sauce he feels like he’s on the mend. “I’m thinking I may be on the back end of it, because I’ve probably had it for so long. It’s been to the point where I’d be laying down and I couldn’t get comfortable because it was like an elephant sitting on my chest, bro. I could not breathe, I couldn’t sit up.”
Jordan’s news comes a day after his fellow Houston rapper Slim Thug also said he tested positive for coronavirus. When asked about people claiming celebrities were being paid to say they have the virus or that it was fake “Let me save your life man, Don’t play no games wit it.” said Jordan
