Ok…It’s been a while since I posted about Scandal and my deduction was only partially right. Huck DID NOT shoot Fitz…however it wasn’t Hollis Doyle as I suspected. It was the Judge (Verna Thornton)….DUN DUN DUN!!
The past few weeks have been a roller coaster Fitz wakes up out of a coma just as the vice president and Hollis are making a play for the White House. Then he finds out that Verna tried to have him killed and that he was only president because his inner circle including his mistress Olivia Pope fixed the election for him. So as a result of this he kills Verna, reconciles with his wife, dumps Olivia and becomes an alcoholic. WHOA!
Fast forward 6 months and Fitz doesn’t trust anyone, he is ignoring his advisor Cyrus, Americans have been taken hostage and he is using his friend to stalk his ex-mistress with government resources.
Yeah…The president has officially gone crazy
Of course Olivia is heartbroken in the midst of all of this. She turns down a proposal from Edison thinking Fitz is going to divorce his wife for her. Yeah…that didn’t happen. Olivia is such a high powered character who still succumbs to the quest for love. Ahhh…. Love.
Part of me wants to feel sympathy for Olivia. Another part of me is saying “That’s what she gets.” No matter how much they make me want to hate the president’s wife Mellie the fact never escapes me that Mellie is his wife. Olivia is officially the side-chick and she knows it for sure now.

I agree……I will not defend her actions, however what I will say is the character that’s being portrayed is very “real”. She is a successful, beautiful woman…..and she’s flawed. She’s not some plastic, post Civil-Rights movement Barbie doll with a briefcase in one hand and the Bible in the other. She made a bad judgement call and as quiet as it’s kept (talkin’ to the ladies), we’ve all done that at one point or another in our lives. We believed the feeling instead of the facts……that’s something anyone can relate to.
I can relate to making missteps and mistakes…thats human.
I’m mad that they made the president turned out to be an alcoholic… On the other hand, Huck don’t shoot he tortures. That judge that had cancer she was bogus. Oh so now the president is an alcoholic and a murderer. But I like the blk guy and his warrior speeches..lol im not good with names…lata
Yeah…he pretty much went over the deep end. The jusdge did try to kill him…so I guess he is justified to some extent.
these type of educated women , they want type of relationships… they love pains… and Fitz doing a great job with her … they want crazy shit like that..
